Not working properly

I baught my mobie phone on 2 may and after 2 days it stopped working properly and now its the 8 time its not working. the problem is when i make or answer the call i am unable to hear other person's voice and he is unable to hear my voice.

after 3 days of purchase i went to the dealer asking him my money. but he clearly denied. now again went to his shop for the same h denied again.

i baught my cell phone from spice hotspot in sec 4 vaishali near shopprix mall.

I want that you should kindly send a letter to him with govt stamp on my id i.e golusinghania@yahoo.com saying that he should return atleast 90% of my money i have all the accessories
