I am very fedup & inform you I am purchase a Mobil Modal No. 5310 last November.

My set hanging problam for last month to 3 time solve my problam & last time send my set in Nokia Co.& say that nokia care Apex Tel. UGA 12 Somdutt Plaza, Kanpur. Last time receive the set after 20 Days. I received the set on 06th June 09 & use the set 03 day. But not solve my problam to till date. I am submitted the my Nokia Set the above Nokia Care Address. So I request you please chake my set properly & arrange to alternate Mobil Set as soon as. I am verry loss for my work to this set.

I am submit the Set against Job No. 346504886/090615/52 Dated 15th June under Nokia Care Apex Tel. UGA 12 Somdutt Plaza, Kanpur. please inform me to my set problam & inform me as soon as.

& I take the legal action to Nokia Co.
