Nokia 3600 hendset

I am costumer of Nokia Mobile since 2002. I would like to inform you that Nokia 3600, Serial no355706020656941; Mobile was purchase from Khair in Sept-08. I am facing Voice & Display problem since very first day.

Therefore I have given my handset to nokia care at Aligarh for the same problem, after ten days nokia care have return my handset saying that we are unable to understand handset problem SORRY. It can not be solve.

I have again purchase same handset 3600 on Nov3rd 08 ‘serial No 255706020656909, again facing same Voice / Display problem.

Will you please let me know what should I do for both Mobile set.

I feel CUSTOMER is important.

I am working with Hindustan Unilever limited, I know value of

CUSTOMER very well.
