Improper Battry Backup

I bought a moble phone No.1208 vide Bill No. 937 dated 4-11from M/s.R.K.Stationery & Departmental Store, NTPC, Vidyut Nagar Ghaziabad - UP 201008, but could't get proper battry backup hence I brought the problem into the notice of Noika Care Center viz. Shreejee Enterprises - B, 5 RDC, Raj Nagar Ghaziabad - UP on 8th December vide job sheet No. 032343506/071208/36 at 15:12 but till date my problem is not solved. I have been in touch with the care centre from last many days but not received any proper response and they are wasting my time and money too.
