Mobile hang when incoming call not attended

Ihave purchased nokia mobile 2630 on dt.28/3.the said mobile is hanged when incoming call not attended. The mobile hand over nokia care centre vide job sheet no.022343506/080422/41 on dt.22/4.When I visite the wave: namscareonline.com. The wave shows that the mobile is ready for collection. But care centre said that your mobile is sent at noida for hardware repairing. This shows diversity in the statement.
