Unability to repair mobile even in warranty period

Sir, i purchased my mobile 8 months ago with 1 year warranty. now its keypad is not working. i visited d Nokia care for 3 times but got no resuls as all d 3 times it got same fault again. nw they have sent my mbile to chandigarh head office. nd it will take 15 more days.due to lack of mobile i m suffering a lot so please help me.
