Replacement of Mobile - underwarranty period

Dear sir,

I have given my mobile for the repair in Nokia care center at Jayanagar Bangalore on dated 17th sep 2008. But till now they have not given me back my mobile as they are saying that it will be replaced as there is a hardware problem. Till date my mobile is not replaced it is been since 1and half month to replace the mobile. Now also they are not sure when they will be replacing my mobile. I request your kind attention on this and do the needful to get my mobile back.
