Defective mobile

Dear Sir,

I had purchase nokia mobile handset 5220 xpress music on 15/12/08 but, after some hours my phone swithch off. nokia care centre said this is a manufacturing deffect please contact your purchase shop and replace it.but till date the nokia mobile shop not given response.so i am decided to go consumer forum
