I HAD PURCHASED A NOKIA MOBILE MODEL 5610 XPRESS MUSIC FROM M/S ANMOL WATCHES P LTD, SECTOR-22, CHANDIGARH ON 24.11.2007. AFTER USING THE PHONE FOR AROUND 2 MONTHS, ITS MUSIC SLIDER STARTED MALFUNCTIONING. WE APPROACHED NOKIA CARE CENTRES AT SECTOR-43 AND SECTOR-22, CHANDIGARH BUT THEY WERE UNABLE TO REPLACE THE FAULTY PART. THE STAFF AT NOKIA CARE CENTRE, SECTOR-22, CHANDIGARH EVEN BROKE THE SLIDER WHILE CHECKING THE SAME. SUCH IS THE EFFICIENCY OF THE STAFF THERE.WHEN WE ASKED THEM TO GIVE US OUR REFERENCE NUMBER OR COMPLAINT NUMBER, THEY BLUNTLY REFUSED TO DO SO. WE HAD BEEN ASKING THEM FOR A LONG TIME NOW FOR REPLACING THE DAMAGED PART BUT TO NO AVAIL. I AM HARRASSED BY YOUR COMPANY AND IN THE EVENT OF ANY FURTHER DELAY, I WILL BE CONSTRAINED TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE COMPANY MANAGEMENT. A LEGAL NOTICE WILL BE SERVED ON THE CHAIRMAN AND MD OF THE COMPANY THROUGH MY LAWYER. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS ON URGENT BASIS.
