Nokia mobile 6085
Display was not coming

Dear Sir,

I have given my mobile (Nokia 6085) for repair, as display was not coming. I have given the same on 14.03.08 vide job no. 167434038/080314/47 at Nokia Care Baroda, address is RayRhythms, 102, Saket Complex, Opp. Dr. Kadam Eye's Hospital, Akota Road, Vadodara.

On saturday, when i called them, they told it is repaired and take it. Then i sent somebody to collect the same, but it was informed that it is not repaired and will take time. Then i called on monday, again the same answer, it is not repaired and will be repaired on tuesday.. Again i called on tuesday, then they told that it is not repairable and you can take it back. then i asked why it is not repairable, then they replied, we dont know the reason, we cannot repair it.

on wednesday, i sent somebody to collect the phone and the condition of the mobile was very bad. the cover is not closing and the hook has broken and many problems...

is this the way nokia care is working..

why it is not repairing. i wil file a complaint, if i dont get answer.
