Nokia /mobile-6208
Defect in mobile but not repaired & replaced by company

I have purchased nokia 6208 on 19/05/09 & within a couple of day i faced the problem of automatic switched off, one side conversation & camera visualisation was not proper. i have submitted it to nokia care gariahat (kolkata) on 24th may on suggestion of nokia priority but could repair by nokia caroe after that it was sent to head office for repairing on 28 th may.after a mnth still the company is not able to repair it as i have received the mobile on 29 june on the same condition plus additional problem of keypad (it is not working properly).i have told him to replace the handset bt no replacement no repair.i have spent rs 12000 on mobile & what i have get only frustration & harashment.

so plz tell me what i have to do as they have shown in namscareonline.com as closed & repaired.
