Non working of new mobile

Sir,

I purchased a new Nokia mobile from Srinagar (J&K) and after 2 days on;ly came to know that its camera was not working. Immediately I took it to the dealer who refused to attend me and advised me to take it ti the Nokia care cent re. The nokia care center informed me that it was a simple software problem a they will return it to me the next day after repair. But I am very sorry to say that till date after 4 months I have not received my mobile back. According to them they have send my mobile to Delhi to some concern engineer and nobody knows the whereabouts of my mobile. A month before I was telephonic ally informed by some officals of Nokia company Mr. Kalsi & Mr. Dheeraj that the company is replacing my mobile, but till date I have not received any thing. This is all disgusting and harassment It is very difficult to believe that such a reputed company cheat people like this. Now as no alternative is left I am. forced to approach law for justice.
