Nokia mobile 6233
Against harrashment and repair was well not done at Dwarka (Nokia care Center at Ashirward Chauk)

Dear Sir,

I have the Nokia set of 6233. One day it was showing the problem of hang out. Neither I was able to talk nor able to press any button of my mobile. So I went to Nokia Care Center at Dwarka (Ashirward Chauk)

They told me that this is the problem of software upgradation. They told me that this is the problem of software in your mobile, It has to be upgraded. So they charged me Rs. 500 for this service. But after hardly ten minutes it was showing this problem again. So from midway I went back to them and told them this problem has occured again. So, they told me that may be software has not upgraded well, so we will do it again. They gave me next day time which was sunday, besides this they told me that they will inform me they have taken my landline no and mobile no so they can talk me when I can carry my mobile phone from them. But next they did not call me around 2:pm then I called them what is the position of my mobile phone, they informed me that we are checking it hardware problems. we will inform you after 2 hours. When I called again them they informed me we are working on it. Then after one hour I went thier centre. After waiting for one hour they told me that we have solved your problems. When I asked what was the problems they told me that your phone is working so forget about the problems. When I asked about the new bill one of the executive said to me give us Rs. 500/- more it has the hardware problems. I said ok give me the bill and deduct the old bill amount because it was not the problem of software which you have loaded. So, I need not to give you anymore money. The executive said to me go in cabin and speak to our boss. That person told me that we have solved your problems and it is working fine, So there is no need to worry. If it will show this problem again. You can bring back this mobile phone we will solve the problems. But next day I had to go to the office So I put alaram on it. But in the moring it was in the same problems, due to this I missed my office's cab and unable to reach office in time.

So next day in the evening I went again them, this time their executives told me that sorry we are unable to solve the problems. You can speak to our boss. I went their boss. He told me that we are sending this mobile phone to our factory so it will take around 20-25 days and it will take around Rs 2500/- on it. But there will be no guaranty that it will work again or not. I said to them you are charging around Rs 2500/- and taking no guranty that will work again or not. So why should i waste money on it. I need my money back, their boss me told me that we will not give you money. I said why? did you solve my problem 1% per cent? He did not give me the answer. He was talking in a rude manner. He was talking sensless. He said to me that it is the game of hit ya miss. I told me that boss it is not the game of cricket. that if you are able to solve the problems then ok otherwise kick the phone. He said to me in a rude manner that if you are able to purchase a new phone then why not you purchase?

When I asked me go give the original bill then he ignored to give me. Neither he was giving me my money back nor the bill which contais the job sheet number.

He was arguing with around 25-30 minutes, He was ready to give me my money but it was so late that he was not aware of this. He treated me like a servant that I am working under him. He was my master and I am his servant. He offered me two choice either I take my money back or write that I have taken my money back or second was to get job sheet. He said to me jaa tere ko jo karna hai kar koi mere kutch nahi bigad sakta hai.

But after dong such a shameful act by him how can I accept my money back.

Ultimately, in the indirect way he is representing Nokia India. Why should we purchase Nokia phones if they are giving us poor service. Such guys who talk such non sense and sensless talk and behave worse than animal.

Nokia India has become so poor that they are giving their service to such people who do not know how to talk to customer.

If we purchase mobile phones from such a brand name and at the end they gave us such poor service then why should not purhcase mobile from china market ultimatley at the end we do not feel sorry for our phone or money
