NOKIA mobile 6300
Damaged phone

I had bought Nokia 6300 on Oct 22, 2208 for 7000/-.since then this phone has been a burden.

all it's accessories i.e memory card, head phone. has stopped working.and now its been two months when the handset has started showing problems like switching off by its own self and not been able to switch it on for 3 weeks or so.i gave the hand set to Nokia care alambagh, Lucknow on 8 th august and the told me that they are sending it to head office for repair..i got it back on 24th august..and now again the problem has started and again they are taking my phone for 20 more days.

i am a student i need phone for my family members to be in contact..taking my phone again and again with no results has greatly distressed me...

this is my humble request please take some strict action against the company as whenever i try to talk to them they reply with either no or "we can't do anything".
