Poor battery/camera/speake

I purchased aset no.366036037011453 0f nokia mobile6303 from the Mobile Store shop no.32b 33b 34b pragati kendra kapurthala lucknow 0n 26.09.2009 under item no.9603 but with in two days i found that battery collapsedafter one or two hours while the backup of battery was told to be minimum 7hrs.when i cmpair the photos of camera it is poor than 2.2 mega phexl camera while in set it is written as 3.2 mega phexl.the speaker is also of very poor quality thus this set not found upto the mark as narrated in manual.i also find such more complaints in forum. i want the nokia company may refund my cost price or exchange theset by other good one product due to error previous complaint may be cancelled.
