Poor battery and camera

I have purchased nokia mobile6303 from the mobile store shop no.32b 33b 34b pragati kendra kapurthala lucknow on 26th sept.2009 under item no.96058 the battery performance is very poor .quality of camera is also not upto the mark.iam very much socked to see the very poor quality and performance of said product i shall be much obliged if nokia comany will arrange to exchange this mobile set with other good one product otherwise i will be compelled to file acase upbhogta forum
