Defective nokia phone

I purchased nokia handset 6303c on 27 oct. The mobile's battery backup is poor. The mobile gets dischared within 24 hrs without being used even for a single call. I refered to the nokia care center saivision mobile, rajaram road, takala near purva hospital at Kolhapur. They replaced the battery after updating the softwere which took them atleast 15 days but even after the battery was replaced the problem was not rectified, now they have again taken my mobile saying that they will send the mobile to the agency. The care center is taking too much of time its almost a month but my problem is still not rectified. Pl do something so that i can use my mobile soon. Such delays in the repaire is not acceptable form a reputed company like nokia mobiles. This gives me a serious rethink over purchase of a Nokia Product in future.
