Nokia/Mobile 6700
Product failure in 1 weeks time

I purchase a cell phone no. 6700 on 28.9.09 in Hyderabad. On 5.10.09, when I was flying to Mumbai I switched off the cell phone and when I reached Mumbai, the cell does not activate. I retruned this morning a sent my phone to your Nokia care in Panjagutta. They said that they need to send the set to Delhi and it would take 15 working days to get feed back on the same.

I am very upset and wants to talk to Head Hyderabad. The nokia care is not giving his contact details as he does not like to talk to customers. Mr. Sri ram is the name given to me in the centre, who heads Hyderabad, Can somebody help me to reach him and see that my set is immediately replaced.
