Dear Sir,

I gave my mobile phone model Nokia 7310 Supernova for service in warranty to Nokia Care, Satyam electronics, Hyderabad (Phone: 04032003838, Owner Mob: 09399903777)

on 2nd January reporting minor keypad problem. Since then i am following up on them giving numerous phone call every alternate day. But the is that is on head office, with in two day you will get it.

I am really frustrated to hear these answers from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. But sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic... I am planning go for a legal action. Please reply as early as possible.
