Dear sir,

I have purchased nokia2626 SERIAL NO.356395027670250 from THE MOBILE STORE, FEEROZEPUR CITY dated 31/3 .I have serious regrets about the set since the performance as expected has not been up to the mark. There have been a continous problems with the phone. the ringing volume is very low even unable to be heard from a short distance. the incoming caller voice is not at all legible to be anticipated easily. even signal/network problem persists often. i have even visited local nokia care centre twice but the problem still persisits. please give a final solution to the problem as i am very bmuch dissatisfied with the performance of the phone.suggest a solution as to be what can be done about it whether it can be replaced or the problem which persists can have a perfect ending solution.
