Replacement of defective hand set

i have purchased above hand set on the fateful day 30/1

from "Cell Tone" Goa, Next day i was not able to recharge it so i have gone to Nokia Care Patto Panjim, I got another battery only on 13/03. Then in August 07 again there was a problem, ringer and voice of hand set is totally gone, I gave it to Nokia care Panjim, They repaired it and given back next day. Again after one week same problem, it was sent to Pune by nokia care, i got it after 15 days, after 5 days again the same problem it was sent to pune 2nd time, i got it back after 15 days, now again same problem after 7 days, again they sent it to pune. When i called up coustomer care they said i can get a old hand set with no additional warranty.

sir my warranty will expire in january and i am still strugling with the defective hand set.

I request you to get me justice
