Nokia mobile model 3600
Phone under warranty no response from company

To whom so ever it may concern

This is to bring into knowledge of all that i had submitted nokia mobilr phone model no. 3600s in the service center of nokia care on 04 august for which the the job sheet was given to me now the problem is:

1. The mobile was bought on 02 august and it stopped working from day one.

2. After one week when contacted back with the customer care reply was that the set has been sent to head office

3. when after one week tryed again to contact them again on there helpline numbers it was impossible to get through so we again visited the sevice center and the reply was it will take 2-3 more days

4. After the wait as told to us we again visted the service center this time we were told that the set is still in head office but we will get a new set after 3-4 days

5. After another wait of 4 days when we visited the service center we were told that it will take another 3- 4 days and to cut short the story is still going the same way today is 10 septemer 2008 and there is no hope IS NOKIA CARE for customers or for there own care and to harassement to cutomers please never buy nokia
