NO CARE FOR CUSTOMER COMPLAINS

Dear Sir,

I have given my mobile (nokia 6085) for repair, as display was not coming. I have given the same on 07.04.2008 vide job no 3532280178 16968 at Nokia Care centre Raigarh (C.G). I gave my contact nos for any information. But till date there is no information about the exact fault in the set. Is this the way of working of nokia care? I am very upset for this type of service.

Please treat the matter seriously and do the needful.
