vide your eamil tome vide response my email dated 20/07 it is very sorry to say that I had given my Mobile on 4/7 to your Nokia Care Centre, Patiala and email to you on 20/07 in which you demanded the following things

It was regretted that my mobile phone no.356295016891190 was not repaired but in place when my son goes to taake the mobile they give another mobile no.356966010897835 which is not pertains to me I submitted the mobile on 01/7 within the guarantee period it means my mobile is not repaired and replaced by old one which is not right

Is your company does not get repaired the mobile if it is not repairable then your company must give or replace by a new one. The Mobile that given to us we do not know whose mobile this is it not a stolen one because it is an old one. I again request you to look into the matter. Because after a lapse of two months an old mobile was given it means my mobile sent for repair but it is not repaired and your company issued a new one which retained by your employees and given us an old one which does not pertains to us. Please reply immediately otherwise I go to consumer court which results your liability.
