Nokia Mobile Model No. 2630
Faulty Model

Dear Sir,

I am a owner of Nokia Mobile model No. 2630. It was purchase at Amravati (Maharashtra) on 17th Jan. 2008 from Nokia dealer "CELL PLANET" for Rs. 3800/-. Its IMEI No. is 358658015261632.

From the date of purchase it starts giving problem of hanging. I tried for two days but the problem remains as it is. So I rush to dealer and convey the problem, he send it to company and after about 40 days he return it to me. Then I tried it for a day and the problem is still as it is. So I again complained for the same to Dealer, he again repeated the same procedure and return it to me after about 30 days. But the problem of hanging during receiving or outgoing of every call remains as it is. Now I request dealer to give me another model of the same company of same or slightly higher price range excluding model No. 2630 . But he told his anability. So. I complained it to you and please give me a justice. As I invested Rs 3800/- since last three and half months but I could not availing the service of that mobile.
