Key pad defective

I bought nokia mobile N5800 from wave tell arcot road chennai on 24 january.ever since igot the phone iam having problem.igave it for repair at nokia service centre 3 weeks ago.they took 9 days to repair stating it can be repaired at head quarters only.after service also it is not working properly when i press the gallery button number key pad appears on the screen.having bought such acostly phone icannot be visiting service centre often for the same in all fairness nokia mobile company has to replace a new set
