Sub: Non-repair of set N-73

Sir,

After 20 days of use of the new set (N-73), the battery is not getting charged. It is frequently getting hanged and the set has to be formated causing losing of important data.

I have given the set for reepair 3 times but the problem could not be rectified. I also not been able to use the set as it is always aith your repair centre.

I would request you to kindly look into the matter and I should be suitable compensated for all the worries and tension that your company product has done to me.
