Data cable/ ear phone not connection

Sir,

I have purchased mobile N-73-1 in the month of september-07, but till now it has been submitted to customer care 05 times, and from last two times it has been submitted for repeation job. Main problem is data cable and ear phone not connecting.

since 12th July -08 it is under Tunni Telecom, Roorkee, but we are not founding the status on your namscareonline.com. it is showing job sheet not found.

Please help us and let us updated about our status.
