Poor service

RESPECTED SIR,

i had given my mobile nokia n79 for service for display problem which is in warrnty on 19/11, thy promised to give delivery on 21/11 when i contacted them on 21/11 they said that they did not got the spare and the work will be done on 2 days i waited for 2 days and called on 24/11 but still i got the same responce. I felt very bad because a company like nokia dealing customers very badly. I had give service at CHOLA TECHNOLOGY (NOKIA CARE) 57, 1st FLOOR, ARCOT ROAD (OPP SBI) SALIGRAMAM, CHENNAI 60 093
