Sub: Nokia mobile N 81 screen going blank

I had purchased my mobile N81 from M/s The cellular Solutions # 1575, 11th Main. 'T' Block Jayanagar Bangalore-560 041. on 27-2-08

I have sent my mobile to Nokia care centre through the dealer at least 7 times complaining about my mobile screen going blank but my dealer Mr sanjay. G has been returning the mobile every time to me with a gap of 10 or 15 days saying that the problem has been rectified but till today such a big company is not able to rectify the problem. The screen of the mobile goes blank in two or three days every time whenever the dealer gives it to me saying that the problem has been rectified. I am frustrated with this hand set I dont want to use this mobile any more and to run around the dealer every time. I demand the dealer to return my money of Rs. 20, 000 himself or from the nokia company within a week or I will go to the consumer court against the dealer and manufacturer for having been selling a manufacturing defect handset to me and has made me to pay interest for my money.
