CAMERA RECORDING PROBLEM.PHONE AUTO SWITCH OFF HANGING PROBLEM

MY BROTHER Mr. Amit Rana, BOUGHT a Nokia Mobile N-95 SET FROM HOTSPOT SHOP NO.G-1/3 ALAKNANDA SHOPPING COMPLEXON 4.8.2008. AFTER THAT WE SEND THIS SET TO THE NOKIA CARE FOR REPAIR FOR THE COMPLAINTS LIKE Vedio camera recording auto swithch off and phone hanging problems they kept for 10-15 days each time and returned us with the same problem. We asked them to change the set, but they are refusing to change the set. it cost us 21, 000 Rs. of this set and its almost useless. What can we do now.please suggest us. with due regards!
