Replacement of battery

We have purchased Nokia mobile no. 7250 on 2004 from priority dealer. The battery of said mobile is not charging properly. We have contracted the authorised service center for replacement of same. But they are saying that said model is not manufacturing yet. So we are unable to supply the same.

Please look into above matter for replacement of same.
