Sub: complaint regarding mobile nokia 6300 and about its services

Sir,

I want to bring your kind attention that I have purchaced nokia 6300 on 24 july 07 bill no. INV/362/till4 from Subiksha Jalandhar. Within a month some technical problems have been occured in the same set. So I go to your Nokia Care centre near court complex Jalandhar (Punjab) not only for once but for three times but I am sorry to say that the same problem in my set is running and once it courrpted my sim card.yours this centre never seem to be able to addressed my problem properly. All the time they gave me same answer that there is no problem in your set

Due to this I have been suffering mentally as well as finacially. I request you to take some action towards this.

Please replase or repair my handset without further delay otherwise I have to opt some legal action about this which I dont want to indulge. I have given below the job sheet number and date of my mobile services
