BAD service from service cente

Hi,

My self jai kishore jha, I stay in 47/1/B Golaghata V I P Road Kol-48.in the month of Jan I was facing the problem in key pad of my hand set which is the 5200 model so I went to your service center which is in Golaghata the person who was there in the store told me there is the problem in RINGER, KEYPAD and ENHANCEMENT PIN BROKEN in your hand set if I will repair all this thing it will chare me around Rs.925/= (nine hundred and twenty five only), I said OK and I have given the mobile for repairing on 14th Jan.09 and after repairing I got the mobile on 8th Feb.09 it was in working condition but after using of 5 to 6 days again I am facing the problem in my hand set so again I went to the same place for resolve the problem but from your service center I got the reply there is the problem in you LCD and you need to change this then only you can use the mobile smoothly and for this I have to pay anther Rs.1190/=.

Great service I got from nokia service center you can cheat your customer very easily because we don’t know about the technical thing of mobile. keep it up!!!

I am also from service industry but this is not expect from NOKIA.
