Bad service of phone

I am Ankit Gupta. I purchased Nokia Mobile Phone 6500 Slide on 10/03. Since then it is not working well. It is often han- ged, sometimes a folder is automatically vanished from its contentssometimes it does not get start from its off position and takes several hours and even some days sometimes. Such kind of several difficulties are assosiated with it since its purchase. I have shown it many a times to Nokia Customer care in Sector 1, Noida, but no result. Presently it is also under their supervision. the people working there are neither repairing it, nor they are returning it. moreover they are not attending the calls whenevr I ring to them on the helpline Nos provided in the JobSheet of Nokia Customer care.

I am very much puzzled on account of it

I hope this mail will provide me some kind of relax and bring my phone to me (after repair) as soon as possible.
