Device not working properly

Hi, I have written two times to Nokia about my problem. I bought a "Nokia 7210 Supernova" on 14th June from Nokia dealer "Bluechip Mobiles", Velachery, Chennai, India. From the very first day I encounterd problem in that handset and it was reported to the Dealer. 1) Device getting hanged often. 2) While typing a message if any incoming call comes, device getting hanged. 3) Dictionary is not functioning properly. 4) Some time there is no number displaying for incoming calls, screen becoming white and getting restarted. Such problems reported to Nokia Care, Adyar, Chennai, India on 3rd July. They have reinstalled software but same problem still exist. I would request Nokia for replacement of the device and give a device which would function perfectly.
