Sub standard device hangs on opening any application

The following was addressed to nokia:-

(I bought n 97, imei no.:354225037998692 white colour, on 18/7/09 from your priority dealer m/s hi tech telecom, shop no. 202 & 203, living style mall, jasola, new delhi vide invoice no. 730-09 with expectations to carry a phone with hi end tecnology but its disgusting and shameful that the phone hangs on opening any of the applications and i have to restart it again n again. This is not acceptable from a company of repute

ITS EXTREMELY SHAMEFUL NOKIA.I NEED THE REFUND OF THE ENTIRE AMOUNT SINCE UR PRODUCT IS NOT WORTH A PENNY AND THIS IS WHAT NOKIA STANDARDS ARE.KINDLY TREAT THE SAME AS URGENT.ANY DELAY WOULD FORCE ME TO INITIATE OTHER PROCEEDS.)
