Inefficient service

I had sent my N73 IMEI:9946087/6) for rervice as its keypad as having a problem to :

Firstly they took RS.800 saying the keypad chip has to be changed.

When i recieved the cell

Its keypad was not working, Camera, speakers also were not working. The phione was dis-shaped and the orignal battery was changed.

I sent it again for the repair and now they are asking me hefty amount for the service and still on date:2 april 09 i have not recieved it back.

every time i call up i get same response of waiting for few more days.
