Handset not repaired properly

I have a Nokia 3600 slide, which had some software problem and was not working properly. I submitted the handset in the nearby Nokia Service Center (Ream Electronics, Alambagh, lucknow.) on 29th July 09 and they gave it back to me on 5th August 09 saying that the handset is repaired but when i used the handset it had the same problems, I resubmitted the handset on 6th August 09 for the same problems, the Nokia service center people told me the handset is being send to the head office which will take 15 to 20 days, i got the handset back on 5th Sept 09, some of the problems were repaired but the handset still had few problems and adding to that a new problem was gifted to me with the handset the call got disconnected automatically in 5, 10 or 15 secs.. I again submitted the handset on 7th sept 09 and i have, nt got it back till now, i enquired the status with nokia people they said, I shud contact them back on 28th sept 09 for updates.
