Highend handsets are useless and have BUGS

We have totally 4 handsets E63, E71, E72 & 5800 Express Music. All three are less than 3 months old. We are having a very tough time using these handsets. They have bugs in them. When we reload / refresh the settings and software, handsets are getting corrupted. We have done this refresh of software through Nokia service center only.

The service center is USELESS and if we leave the handset for servicing we have to forget about it.

I have been using Nokia since i am having very tough time from ALL the models that i have purchased from 2008 .

Its very unfortunate that I am still passionate about Nokia.
