Not satisfied with nokia service

My Nokia mobile phone 3500 C model, mei-355747/02/485494/2 had display problem which was repaired by Nokia Care on payment of Rs. 950. According to service provider the display was replaced with new genuine nokia dispaly. But after few days the old problem arose again in which display got darkened. The service provider had given the warranty of one month on the part replaced. But when approached them they refused to entertain. It is quite frustrating. The mobile was repaired first on 10.07.2010 and I reapproached them 0n 24.07.2010 well within one month of the given warranty period.
