Battery backup

I purchased Nokia handset 1209 on 12.12.2009. I found battery backup problem even after charging battery full about 8 hours. Battery became empty in 6-7 hours without a single call even after charging for 4-5 hours every time, handset checked by the Nokia care, Ranchi with other battery but the problem persit, they set send it to Noida for repair on 26.03. whenever i contacted the Nokia care they told you will get in next two three days but hand set not received till date.
