Dead hand set during Warranty Period

Nokia hand set Model 3120 Classic IMEI No.353101023759177 bought on 7th July and handed over to Nokia Care on 30th June 09 was returned unrepaired on 22nd August 09 by the Nokia Care without specific reasons - hand set tampered with and rendered non-serviceable. Communication exchanged with the Nokia Care Centre and the Nokia Customer Care didnot turn out to be fruitful.

More than these, what is embarrassing is the irresponsible way the Nokia Care behaves. Nokia an admirable product, if problems comes up better discard it and buy a new one rather than approaching a Nokia Care or better approach way side technician.
