NOKIA MODEL NO 6030 BLACK
NO DISPLAY ON THE SCREEN

I had purchased Nokia Mobile Model # 6030 black from RPG.COM at Maninagar Ahmedabad Gujrat on 16/12. It's Serial number is 358081018587129.

The display of the same is not working since last couple of days.

The shopkeeper & the customer care of Nokia at Maninagar Ahmedabad were contacted but they do not respond properly.

They keep giving an execuse that the mobile has got damaged by dropping it. They are ready to get the same repaired on chargable basis. However there are no outside scratches/ dmamge.

You are requested to look into the matter on top priority & instruct the persons concerned to get the same replaced / repaired as it is under warranty period. I do not agree with the argument of Nokia customer care executives.

Please note if I do not get any responce I will have no option but to go to the consumer redressal forum.
