Harrasment by Nokia Care People

Hi,

This is to bring on your kind notice that i gave my cell for the repair to Nokia Care Centre at Janak Puri Disctrict Centre on 26th Dec. Still I've not got any satisfy answer from them. they are giving my dates on dates. When I visited there they started abusing me and threatened me to beat. When I again asked for my cell then they gave me an old cell of another cust which was on repair as well.

If you can do then kindly take any necessary action against this.
