Dear Sir /Madam,

Having IMEI no. 353662013783121 of the above mentioned product purchased on 14th 0ct'08, i could never be able to use it 15 days at a stretch. The 1st job sheet against my complain was 271504884/090312/52 dated 12th march'09 the second jobsheet no. 271504885/090427/111 dated 27.04.09 and the the third one was 18th May'09 . still it is under repair. Before being that it was sent to service centre either for hanged or to update its software. I want to get rid of this hangover. Its performance hits tremendously our friends and collegues (the engineers of Eastern railway). I will take necessary action after getting your suggestion. Your early reply will be highly appreciated.
