Display not working and battary backup not more than 2 hrs

Dear Sir,

I have purchased nokia handset from "Keshvan Tele Services, Bistupur, Jamshedpur" on dated 26.12.2008. of model no. N-5610, Blue, No.- IMEI- 35865201835436 and battery no.- 4620408171M20111089. Till date 2 month and 9 days has gone, my mobile resently display is not working and battery backup with talk time not more than 1 hr, battery going to discharge. Where as standard battery mentioned BP-5M 900mmAh as mentioned in this model has backup talk time upto 6 hrs and standby time upto 320 hrs or music play back time as upto 22hrs. Max. setting also done by your Keshvan Tele service. But till date not battery backup has not improved. Presently i'm in Baripada, Orissa. How it can rectify, tel me. mob: 9437211272.
