Call drop problem

Dear sir,

I am using Nokia N70-1 since last three months.

Nowadays, when ever I pickup my calls the loudspeaker gets automatically activated and the call gets canceled. Sometimes other applications such as music player, gallery also automatically opens.

i contacted several times with nokia care but problem exists. My Phone No. is 919477140719

Please help me immediately.
