Poor custmer service

I am bhanu prasad.i would like to bring to ur notice regarding one of ur NOKIA CARE.my n70 got software problem... i gave it in NOKIA CARE, AN AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE at nellore (DR MOBILES, D.NO.16/2/90, RAMANA TOERS, POGATHOTA, NELLORE, andhrapradesh, india) on 21/10/08..persons working there are very irresponsible, till now they didnt repair my mobile which was suppose to be delivered on 24/11/08, not even informed regarding postponement of delivery..today also they didnt repair and postponing the delivery.earlier i have visited so many nokia care offices, everywhere they were very polite and responsible..here it is entirely different... not only myself some of my friends are also complaining the same..so kindly consider my words and improve ur services here to avoid inconvenience to customers... thank u
