STOLEN WHILE TRAVELLING IN LOCAL TRAIN

My Nokia N- 70 got stolen while travelling by local train in Mumbai between Borivali to Kandivali, the EMEI No. of the phone is 35938 10023 64637 and the SIM card was bearing no. 9773680800, Borivali Police have registered an FIR in this matter but I am not sure what step they will take to trace the phone. On contacting Nokia Help Line no. I am informed that Nokia do not block or trace the lost handsets. Is there any helpline or agency who help tracing the lost mobile? Please help/suggest what I should in this case?
